DESCRIPTION:December 1\, 2020 is #GivingTuesday\, a global day of generosity that unleashes the power of people and organizations to transform their communities and the world. \nThis year the Spiritual Care Guild of Children’s Hospital Los Angeles is participating in #GivingTuesday to raise funds for our chaplain’s Tea for the Soul tea cart.  Typically\, our membership bakes and delivers 6 dozen homemade cookies each week to CHLA for the Tea for the Soul experiences for the doctors\, nurses and staff at CHLA.  However\, due to COVID-19 restrictions\, we are unable to deliver these home-baked cookies.  Instead\, we are purchasing individual\, commercially packaged treats for the Tea for the Soul tea cart.  This new expense is where our #GivingTuesday donations will help the most.   \n  \nDONATETuesday\, December 1\, 2020\n
